Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

Landlord rights

I own a mobile home park. I have a manager on site that lives in the office. They live there to take care of the property. As of May 19 we had new managers take over. We do not have a contract. They do not pay rent. The only thing they pay for is the light bill. The light bill is in the landlords name. The landlord pays the bill then the managers reimburse the landlord for the amount of the light bill. What are my rights in making them move as soon as possible?

Re: Landlord rights

Despite the fact that there is no written lease or employment contract and that they do not pay rent, you would still have to give them 60 days' notice to move out. However, if they are violating the verbal lease agreement (assuming there are terms other than you can live here), you may terminate early.
