Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

My landlord is selling the complex. She has told everyone that we have 30 days to move out. I currently have 6 months left on my lease, and have been living here almost 2 years. Is there anyway she can do this? Don't I have a right to keep living here?

See a lawyer specializing in landlord-tenant law. Depending on details and your lease language not in your post, you may have the right to stay until the lease ends, and you may have a right to sue the landlord.

(My office does not do such cases, but you should be able to get a referral through legal aid or your local bar).
