Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
Landlord stole my rent. Won't return it. I do not have a contract (month to month) and need to know how to sue/report her to get my money. I know her name, but her address is not on the paper we signed. Do know the name of her company and the LLC she set up.

You chose not to tell us how the landlord stole you rent, since the landlord would presumably get paid the rent anyway, but if someone stole your money call the police.
