Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

Landlord/ Tenant Agreement

I went to court on the 4th for nonpayment of back rent and late fees. Before going to court, I applied for rental assistance of $500.00 at the Dept. of Human Resources,(DHR). In court we agreed that if I received the assistance I would pay an additional $100.00 each month beginning in August with my rent until the total amount,($1013.00), was paid. If I did not receive the $500.00 from DHR, I would have to pay the additional $100.00 and be responsible for the additional $500.00 also. I did not qualify for the $500.00 from DHR. I have begun to pay the extra $100.00 with my rent. My landlord feels that I should have paid the $500.00 with my rent for August in addition to the extra $100.00. Question: Can she take me back to court to request a 7 day writ? (2) If I have begun to pay according to our agreement am I obligated to pay the $500.00 now or when I finish the requirements that were agreed upon in court. I know that I still have to pay the $500.00, but when, now or later? This is the setup: 500.00 from DHR +,(to be paid by me), 100.00 for Aug and Sept.;150.00 for Oct. and Nov.;77.50 for court cost in Dec. Thank you for any help concerning this matter.

Re: Landlord/ Tenant Agreement

No one here can second-guess what happened at the hearing, and your post is certainly not clear about the agreement, but a fair assumption would be that the landlord expected immediate payment of the $500.
