Im under medical care and disabled at this time ..I cant afford to pay rent .can I break my lease without prejudice . The rental property is in Atlanta,Georgia..

I don't know what you mean by "without prejudice." Otherwise, you can terminate your lease as provided for in the lease. If you breach the lease, you will likely be liable for damages.
