I move out of my apartment because of fiancial problems and to avoid a eviction i move in with a friend in the same apt complex after 4months sharing expenses with my roommate the manager i must move out because i owe back rent and i broke my lease this not true i had to move or be evicted

my neighbor and friend took me in

i had no where to live

Your post makes little sense. In one place you say you had to move because of financial problems and to avoid eviction, and then you say it is "not true" that you broke your lease and owe back rent. Nevertheless, many apartments have rules and lease provisions about the number of adults in an apartment, that all adults must sign a lease, etc. We do not know what they are at your complex. However, you might be getting your friend in trouble (and evicted) by not complying with their request.
