of the tenants are violating the lease

agreement and it is causing damage

to my personal property - I have

brought it to my landlords attention

and they say there is nothing they

can do - in the mean time i am

getting frusturated and have to take

the time and the energy to fix or

Re: Landlord/tenant agreements

You didn't ask a question, but you can terminate the lease due to the landlord's breach and then sue for damages, if any, or simply sue for the damages. Or you can do nothing.
