Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I live in ga and i currently rent a home there through the section 8 program. My landlord has tenants removed or evicted for having a boyfriend over, family visiting and too amny vehicles that she doesn't know who they belong to. At first I thought that she was doing her job, but she's nosey. We can't have company, friends or privacy. The mainetenance man is her nephew and he reports pictures, and company back to her. She comes to our house after hours and interrupt our private lives. She enters our homes w/o our permission to snoop around. She has others in our neighborhood to report any activity...and it's never unlawful.

You didn't post a question, but I would say to review the lease and make sure that what the landlord is doing is not acceptable under the terms of the lease. If she is breaching the lease, then you may move out and/or sue for damages.
