Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

Is there a law that states both husband and wife have to be on the lease? Also, does the wife's name have to go on the lease if she marries and moves into a place he's already renting?

There is no such law. And she does not have to be on the lease after moving in, but it may be a violation of the lease to do so without permission from the landlord.
