Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
my lease agreement. were moveing out 2 months early and our complex wants us to pay the no promotion difference. How ever we did sign and inital for paper saying that i would pay . My concern is that they offer it online and to everyone else for the price we pay. do my case hold water?
