Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
Lease as evidence
I am acting on my own behalf in a lawsuit. Can I object to a lease being submitted as evidence that is not initialed on every page? All it has is a signature on the last page.

Re: Lease as evidence
You are certainly permitted to object, but there is no legal basis for upholding the objection based on your posting. Leases are not required to be initialed on every page.
