Lease Question
Landlord is delinquent on her mortgage payment. We are paying Lease on the house. We do not want to keep paying for something if she is not going to apply the money to the mortgage. Do we have any rights?

Re: Lease Question
While you certainly should be concerned if the house you are renting is in foreclosure, and have a back up plan for a place to move, you should keep paying rent as you agreed until that time comes. It is not your responsibility to trace your payment to their payment, and their failure to pay on time does not (yet) mean you can ignore your agreements.
