Lease
I never received a copy of my lease. I have requested five times for a copy to no avail. Is there any ramifications for this. I am in an apartment with a management company.

You are responsible for obtaining a copy of the lease when you sign it. That being said, they should provide you a copy, especially if they verbally agreed to provide you with one.
