Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I have a lease that has a sale clause in it that states they need to give me 60 days notice. My landlord is trying to do this now, but she is not selling, she needs to refinance and her loan stipulates that it must be owner-occupied. Is refinance considerd a sale in this situation?
