lease termination

how can I break my lease if my landlord has not fixed leaking water from my ceiling for over 60 days and now I have growing mold and a ceiling that is about to cave in and soak and wet carpet and that has mold growing as well & light fixtures that no longer work because of water in ceiling?

Probably. The landlord has a reasonable amount of time after proper notice given to him to make repairs. Also assuming that the landlord is responsible to make such repairs.
