Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
hello, I leased apart 2 months ago, I cannot Pay my payment anymore, can you tell what I should to do? I said to the landlord that I can leave my security deposit which is a full month amount. He told me that I can only find someone to replace my place. I cannot find no one. There is not written nothing about cancellation in my contract which is signed by me. Please give me a full of information. Thank you very much

I do not know what you are asking. If you leave early, the landlord may pursue you for the rest of the rent you should have paid if you had stayed.
