Leasing Agreements
My roomate is having a problem with holding up her end of the rent. I don't want to mess up my credit, is there any way that I can be released from the lease with out her?

Read your lease and see what it says about early termination (if anything). We do not have a copy. When you sign a lease with someone, this is the risk you take.
