Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

sub leasing

I sub leased a room from some friends. I turned the screened in porch into a room. Our agreement was that I was to return the porch to the condition it was in. While I was doing this they called the cops on me and almost had me arrested for breaking and entering. We have a written agreement for me to disassemble what I put up by a certain time. The agreement doesn't say when I can or cant disassemble the room. they have threatened file for a warrant for my arrest. the police came, the same policemen that were there earlier trying to help me gain entry into the residence, they didn't want to arrest me and didn't. But I'm pretty confident that the roommates will go file for my arrest. Do I have a legal right to fix the room since we have a written agreement for me to do so? Will a judge convict? How valid is our written agreement? I thought that that covered me.
