Legal Term for: When a tenant makes a complaint 4 or more times regarding upstairs neighbors stomping running, and banging all times of day and night. The landlord did have the office assistant to come by they heard the noise, myself and sister work early hrs. and study for classes and are distracted by the loud noise. The mgmt stated they would relocate us but we would have to pay a 500.00 fee we are young adults working and taking classes 1st apt. and cannot afford the fee. We feel we should not be made to pay this fee due to the inconvenience of the loud noise about us. Complaints have been made to the apartment security several occasions the last call made 11:00 p.m. he never showed up and the noise continues and it is 12:17 a.m. and I have to be at work at 5:30A.M.
