Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I live in Georgia and I am having landlord problems. I have paid them every month on the first of each month and every time there seems to be a problem with my payment. After the 3rd of each month is when the rent is late but they never tell me that there is a problem until after this date and by this time they have added on late fees. I have every receipt when I pay them. I just want to know is there something that I can do to stop this. Even this month they caused me to have an overdrawn account because they would not accept what I paid them before they told me it was late. I am on a fixed income and this is becoming a burden for me. The reason it was late because they wanted monies that I did not have. I do not have anyone that I can go to get money and there is nothing that I have done to cause this but pay my rent on time when my check is deposited into account. I feel that when they discover there is a problem that they should notify the tenant that there is a problem and not wait until the tenant call them to see what is wrong and then by that time they have added late fees to something that should not have happen. I am just trying to get clarity on this situation.

This is the second time you posted, and again your post makes little sense and you choose to not tell us exactly what the "problem" is. You ramble about your rent payment, first saying you paid on the first. and have a receipt, then saying it was late and you are having money problems. You either paid your rent in full and on time as the lease requires, or you did not. If you did not, you likely owe fees. If you do not want to simply tell us that, or tell us what this mysterious "problem" really is even after this was pointed out the last time you posted, you won't get "clarity."
