I live in a rental. When it rains the lau dry room and garage flood. The property mgmt co informed the homeowner that the doundation needs to be waterproofed 2 weeks ago. To this day he has not responded. Do I have a right ro break my lease if he continues to ignore the issue? How much longer should I wait for repairs

seek help from any attorney first to review your lease and get specific dates for leaks and contacts with landlord
