Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

We live in another State and contacted a realtor because we wanted to put our Vacant house in GA up for sale. The agent went by and the house isn't vacant. How should we handle? We will be in town in the next few weeks and want to know should we get police involved before we get there??

You should get a real estate litigation lawyer involved now. Not in a few weeks, but now. Google "sovereign citizens" and how they take over vacant houses in Georgia. It may or may not be one of them, but it apparently is someone who has not problem with moving into your house or they were duped by someone else. If you are thinking you'll call the police when you get here and they will fix it, that is unlikely.
