Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I live in the state of Ga and although I have had the Salvation pay my rent for the months of Jan, Feb, and March of 2011 my landlord says that I owe a dispossesion fee of $126.50 because my rent was paid past the 5th of this month and my rent in my lease is due on the 15th of the month, although they say it was due on the 5th. Is that legal?
