if you are living in a home and it is sold how long dose the new owner have to give the tenant to vacate.. there was no writen lease only verble

It sounds like you are a tenant by sufferance. If the new owner wants you out then you have to go. Landlord must give you 60 days if you are a tenant by sufferance.
� 44-7-7. Tenancy at will -- Notice required for termination
Sixty days' notice from the landlord or 30 days' notice from the tenant is necessary to terminate a tenancy at will.
