Anyone can sue for anything. To win, you'll need to show there was an agreement for him to pay you for your services, and he failed to comply with his obligation. If there was an agreement, you chose to not tell us what it was. If you chose to live with him in a personal relationship, and now just want to go back and try to create some obligation, no. You made the choice to enter into the relationship with no legal obligation (such as a contract or marriage).
