Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
How long do you have for an appeal from magistrate court to superior court. The case was filed as a dispossessory but the counterclaim is seperate I believe. The landlord lost on there was no money judgement for either party which was a loss for the landlord they appealedd we did not on conterclaim we were under impression entire case was brought up to superior court and now they claim we did not appeal counterclaim and are attenpting to have it thrown out.

Happens when you try (foolishly) to do things without a lawyer. Enjoy having no counterclaim.
