i have two minor children as well as having just learned of a serious medical illness myself, i was staying at a residence as a care taker for the property due to past vandilisum while it was empty. the couple that own the property is divorcing and the wife is having me evicted what are my rights i am in chatsworth georgia

Based on your facts, the landlord would have to provide you with at least 60 days' written notice to vacate before properly evicting you.
