mobile home park

I have a tenant that has not paid lot rent in two years. The magistrate says there is no way to put them out and make them move the mobile home off my land. Is there a way and how?

The Magistrate no doubt heard much more than one sentence, and one side, of the story. At this point, apparently having lost the case, it is time to get a lawyer to handle it.
