Mom went to the Nursing Home
I'm mom's care giver and have been for 4 or 5 years and lived with her; now I still live in the trailor which is in 3 of my brothers name. If my brothers decided they wanted me to move elsewhere, what is my legal rights. Can they make me move and if they can don't they have to give me a month or two by law.

If you do not have a lease with a specific term of tenancy, they may ask you to leave, but would have to give you 60 days' notice.
