How do I go about getting my money back
I live in Canada, and my tenants moved in June to Athens, GA with out informing me. They had a contract for a 1 year lease ending in August 31, 2007. What they owe me is the utilities (which in the contract it says that they are responsible) and the rent for June and July since the rent for August with the deposit. How would I go about filing a case against them. Also when I found their contact info and tried to call them they said they would call the cops and file harrasment charges. Total owed is roughly $3500
