Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I have a month to month lease. I violated the lease by bringing my dogs on the property. The landlord told me I could have outside dogs but not inside dogs. Both of my dogs are outside but when the landlord came over I had one of them inside. I showed the landlord the dogs bed and food bowls which were outside. After all this, my landlord told me I have to get rid of both of my dogs today and that I have 30 days to move out. Can my landlord make me get rid of my dogs today? Can my landlord say that I violated the lease even though he gave me permission verbally to have outside dogs?

Do you have a written lease? If so the answer is there. If not he can remove you on 60 days notice for any reason or no reason at all.
