Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
My mother and my brother are living in a rented house, both are on the lease, but my mother pays all the bills. My brother is a drug addict and has threatened my mother's safety. How can she get him out asap? She called the police and they told her the threat was not specific enough to arrest him.
