Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

My mother recently died and left everything to me in a will. Her grandchild was taking care of her before she died. I want to sell the property to pay off the mortgage. There wasn't a lease. How do I evict her legally?

You would need to provide her with at least sixty (60) days prior written notice and then file an eviction with the local court if she does not leave by then.
