Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I have moved into an apartment complex and have lived here for four months now, and they knew i had a dog. They are just now telling me i may have to have proof of breed in threat that he may be an aggressive breed, and also may have to pay a deposit. can they do this?
