Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I moved

I moved out of an apartment over a year ago and a couple of days ago they called me saying I owe them money for damages. I left no damages. Not to mention management has changed hands 3 times since then. Can they pin this on me? I don't understand how they can call me a year later like that.

You don't even state what they are trying to "pin" on you, but if they think you owe money, yes they can likely come after you.
