Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I just moved in last week (Atlanta, GA). The shower/tub is in bad shape. The tiles had been painted over, but the paint is chipping off, revealing black, damaged grout underneath. The tub is also chipping off, clogging the drain. Do I have any legal options?
Additionally, it was advertised with a washer/dryer hookup, but the space for the W/D is only 23" deep (no washer/dryer will fit there). Is there a standard for this?
