Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
Non Renewal of Lease Due to Lease Violation
Hi, can an apartment community charge you for a 60-day notice if you already given one and it was lost and they terminated your lease at the end of the lease term?

Re: Non Renewal of Lease Due to Lease Violation
You're posting needs to be clearer and more comprehensive for someone to provide a response. What do you mean, "charge you for a 60-day notice?", who lost the notice, when was it given, what does the lease state?
