I have an offer on my rental house what do I do with my renters?
I have a house in a different area and to keep from losing it I rented it. I now have someone who wants to purchase the home, how much notice do I have to give my renters to vacate? They have only lived there two months, but have been late both times on the rent and have not paid the deposit in full, do I have to return what money they have paid?

If the tenants have violated the terms of the lease agreement, you can ask them to vacate the premises. I would recommend giving them a reasonable amount of time to leave, usually at least a day or two. If they do not leave by that date, you will have to file a dispossessory in magistrate court to evict them.
