Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I had people renting my house, they did not have rent to pay for November and have moved out of the house but left their furniture and misc stuff behind. I have the house for sale and need to clean it up to show it. When 30 days is past do I have the right to get there stuff out of may house. They are interfering with the sale of my house.
