Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
Someone need a place to store some furniture and other things. I allowed them to put it in my basement. This has gone on since March of this year. I have asked for two months now for them to come and get their stuff with no response. I finally said you have two week or I consider it abandoned. Now, a month later they want to come and get it. Do I have to let them have it back.

Give them their stuff back, and don't make a legal issue out of it or start an ongoing dispute.
