problem with landlord

what can we do if our landlord refuses to fix or repair the problems in the dwelling, turns off water intentionally, harrassed us and our kids, enter the property with out notice, sealing idem from the property, refusing to give confidentiality and privacy, peeking through the windows and digging through our trash

You can move. You risk, of course, the landlord having another side of the story and going after you for any damages or fees.
