my property management is not doing her job and i havent payed for the last four month my contract is until 2014 how do i get out of this contact

What type of lease is it - residential or commercial? The answer might depend on which, but there is a good chance that the management failure would give rise to a breach of contract claim (although you didn�t post any facts), it would not allow you to terminate the lease early.
