Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I have a property under management. The property management has been making repairs without consulting me after I have asked serveral times for them to do so. I rarely get a receipt and only find out when my rent comes back with the deductions. The house is seven years old and it is having "repairs" monthly. Can they legally charge me without telling me that they are making these repairs to the property?

We don't know the terms of your contract with them. You should know what is or is not covered in that. If you are not happy with them, find another company.
