Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
Question about my apartment lease:
I moved out of the apartment after 7 months of course in turn breaking my lease.
The cause of this was that my wife of 2yrs abandoned my daughters and I for one of the maintenance porters that was a staff member of the apartment complex. This in turn now is the cause of our divorce, which is still in process. Do I have any rights justifying the break of the lease?

It is unlikely, though no one here has your lease. Your wife's decision to move likely has nothing to do with your contractual relationship with the landlord. Moreover, if you just packed up and moved without working it without the management, you handled it poorly and took the risk of problems. They may have been willing to work something out under the circumstances.
