Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I just received notice that my landlord is filing bankruptcy. I moved into the property on 10/16/09 and he filed 11/20/09. What are my responsibilities to the landlord at this point? Do I continue to pay my rent? Do I plan to move? When would I need to move? Thanks.

There is no way to answer on the facts given. The bankruptcy might not affect you at all. On the other hand, the property could be sold or foreclosed upon. You need to start with the landlord for more information.
