Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I recently rented out a properly from a real estate office. The place was to be rented as Central air and heat. After i moved in and paid for everything, i was told the central air and heat did not work. I SIGNED MY LEASE FOR CENTRAL AIR AND HEAT AND THATS WHAT I WANTED. The office put three small air units into my house and said it would be temporary. its going on 3 months and they still have not fixed it. They said if i move out it would be a breach of contract. Well arent they breaching a contract because i signed my lease for central air and heat. now winter is here and he dont have any heat in the house. am i entitled to any money? im stuck in the cold here!
