Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I recieve section 8 in dekalb county georgia. In august of 2009 the housing authority raised my rent from $4 to $104. It has just been discovered that they were not supposed to raise my rent according to payment standard quidelines. During this time from Aug to Feb I have been late with my rent twice and had to pay late fees and filing fees totaling $1200. Do I get the late fees and filing fees back?
