Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
i rent an apartment and i am being harrassed by the woman below me she keeps telling the office i am to loud, my dog barks to much, i walk to heavily, i vaccum at odd hours, my cigg ashes go to her porch, not true because she smokes also and i have ashtrays, anyway its just harrassment in the 1st degree. how can i break my lease now and get out of here? oh and the apartment complex gave me a notice today saying i have 7 days to correct myself or i have to get out. they are not even listening to me they are also being harrassing and unfair in my treatment!

No one here has your lease to see if there is an early termination provision. You should have it. Otherwise,we only have part of one side of the story.
So, you have 7 days to correct yourself or get out. And you're asking how to get out of the contract? Looks like they've given you the perfect chance!
Good luck.
