I want to rent out my home , I live in Georgia what do I need to know to do this???
So I am not breaking any laws !!!

There is no state law restricting your ability to rent out your property. However, local county and/or city laws and possibly HOA covenants or mortgage limitations may apply. You should retain a local real estate attorney and review any documents applicable to the property.
