Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I rent a room in a townhouse. I pay the landlord directly for the rent and the landlord pays the utilities. My roommates came up with and had everyone sign a sobriety contract which said if you drank alcohol in the house, you had to leave. The landlord was not involved in any way with the contract. I drank on a Saturday but was tested at all and was not approached until Monday. I was then ordered to leave. Although the landlord says I can still be there, the other tenants are threatening me with the police if I try to stay at the apartment. Can they legally make me leave?

No, only the landlord may evict you. The roommates may, however, may have a claim against you for breach of contract.
